Interim CFO
Full-time role overseeing entire finance and accounting function. Typical tasks include lender negotiations and bank group presentations, landlord negotiations, dispute resolution with IRS or other regulators, contract negotiation, business plan preparation, budget/forecasting process, communication with board and investor groups and capital raising efforts.

Turnaround Management
Unexpected or non-recurring events such as liquidity crisis, production interruption or loss of a significant customer require a heightened level of response that considers all constituents including customers, competitors, employees, suppliers and investors on an accelerated timeline and a higher urgency level.

Board Advisor
Attend board meetings, review financial statements and contracts, consult with CEO and management.
Project Specific Roles

Margin Analysis & Improvement Plan
Analysis of margins by customer, product and location identifying opportunities for improvement in pricing, costing, delivery, support and sales. Fresh analysis on all-inclusive basis often arrives at results different from those previously believed.

Revenue Cycle Management
Analysis of entire customer cycle from selling, contract, on-boarding, execution of product/services, delivery, invoicing and collection. At times payment/collection issues are a result of contract or on-boarding problems that result in customer angst and slow payment.

Collections
Commercial or individual customers. Any size – any location – any age.
